Leave the A22 roundabout signed Hailsham. A295 from the South or roundabout signs Hailsham industrial eastate from the North.

At BP garage you will find a mini roundabout turn into Ersham Road B2104. Follow the B2104 over traffic lights at cockoo trail, pass the world of water and Loom Mill. We are the next right hand turn on a sharp bend into Sayerlands Lane. You will find us approx 300yards down the lane and its the second property on the left.

Due to a narrow lane it is advisable to come via the B2104 if you are towing.
